This lesson covers the 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th demonstrations of God’s Spirit. The 8th one is our shaking and trembling under God’s Power. Examples given are of Saul on the road to Damascus (Acts 9:6), the Prophet Jeremiah (Jeremiah 23:9), the Prophet Job (Job 16:12), and the Prophet Habakkuk (Habakkuk 3:14-16).
The 9th demonstration is our falling prostrate under God’s Power. Examples given are Saul’s conversion (Acts 9:1-4), the Apostle John on the Isle of Patmos (Revelation 1:17 and 18), and the Prophet Daniel (Daniel 8:15-17).
The 10th demonstration is our speaking with quivering or stammering lips, which were prophesied by the Prophet Isaiah in Isaiah 28:9-11 and in Isaiah 33:14-19 and by the Apostle Paul in First Corinthians 14:20-22. These Prophecies were fulfilled in Acts 2:1-4.
The 11th demonstration is our going into a trance. Examples given are the Apostle Peter (Acts 10:9-16) and the Apostle Paul (Acts 22:17-21).
The 12th demonstration is our groaning in God’s Spirit. Examples given are Jesus in John 11:33-35 and in John 11:38 and the Apostle Paul in Second Corinthians 5:1-2.
